Sales tax rate
Percentage applied to new jobs. Jobs already open keep the rate from when they were created.
Minimum deposit to start work
Percentage of the job total that must be paid before a job can advance to In Progress. Set to 0 to require no deposit.
Archive old jobs
Soft-archive invoiced jobs older than the cutoff.
System backup
Save a copy of your database to this computer’s backup folder, or roll back to an earlier copy if something went wrong. Ask your tech person if you are unsure — restore replaces all current data.
Restore from backup
Choose a backup from the list, then tap the button below. You will be asked to confirm — this overwrites the live database with the older file.
