Sales tax rate
Percentage applied to new orders on the POS. Orders already open keep the rate from when they were created.
Archive old orders
Soft-archive closed orders older than the cutoff. Archived orders are hidden from POS and KDS lists.
System backup
Save a copy of your database to this computer’s backup folder, or roll back to an earlier copy if something went wrong. Ask your tech person if you are unsure — restore replaces all current data.
Restore from backup
Choose a backup from the list, then tap the button below. You will be asked to confirm — this overwrites the live database with the older file.
QuickBooks Export
Download sales, inventory, or labor data as a CSV file ready to import into QuickBooks Desktop or Online. Choose a date range and click the report you need.
